They took the time to explain everything to my elderly grieving mother, unfortunately 4 days after Dad's funeral we lost Mum. West & Coe were amazing they even kept Dads ashes on their premises so they could come home together and we didn’t have the heartbreak of collecting while coming to terms with losing Mum. They arranged for the same funeral conductor which made it even more personal as he had met Mum a month before.

Like a folder to hold all the cards from the flowers and returned jewellery was placed in little velvet bag to keep safe. Thank you to everyone there for making a horrible time that little bit easier.

The whole process from planning the day, to the wonderful service given by their suggested celebrant, lovely order of service booklets and the conductor on the day, was very special. Everybody said what a lovely send off it was, a heartfelt thankyou to you all .

The funeral director was an absolute star. Incredibly kind, professional and supportive. He arranged to collect my Dad out of hours from a care home, then supported the family from then on. He put me in touch with a great florist, arranged a celebrant and helped with the order of service booklet. Nothing was too much trouble for him. On the day of the funeral, West & Coe were professional and respectful and dealt with all the little things I had forgotten. They even collected my Dads ashes a few days later for me. If you want a personal touch from a really well run funeral directors, I couldn't recommend West & Coe more.

Fortunately, we went to West & Coe! They listened to our requests and nothing was too much. The level of care & attention was outstanding. The Minister spoke so beautifully ,as if he had known my wife & family personally! I'm not sure if you can call a funeral Special, but that's what it was, a Special Celebration of my Darling Wife's Life! I cannot thank Everyone from West & Coe enough!

He went above and beyond to accommodate all of the family from mother, wife, siblings and the children. The recommended minster gave an outstanding service, and nothing was too much for West & Coe. They made such a terrible time for the family more bearable, thank you.
